Our Process
Quick App
Complete our Quick App online. Within roughly 24 hours, we will review your loan submission. We will then contact you to discuss various options or move your file straight into the next stage.
Full App
You will receive an email with a link to complete and sign the formal application and a term sheet that outlines the details of the proposed loan - subject to underwriting.
Everything entered on the quick app will populate and if you are a repeat borrower all your personal data will pre-populate, reducing time required to complete.
On submission of the full application, the system will ask you to upload required docs needed to process your loan.
Processing/ Underwriting
After we review your uploaded docs and start the underwriting process, our system will forward emails providing updates on your loan status and a checklist outlining missing information.
Make sure you click the link to upload the required docs if and when needed.
NOTE: Underwriting may sometimes add new items, so always open/read the email notifications and check your loan status.
Closing
After closing your loan you will receive payment reminders and, if applicable, easy access to request draws in doing a rehab / construction loan.
